Oil-Free Granola

Jill Dalton
Creating a batch of deliciously crunchy granola without using any oil is simpler than you might think! This wholesome recipe focuses on the natural goodness of oats, nuts, and seeds, all brought together with the subtle sweetness of dates and the delightful aroma of vanilla.
Baking the mixture achieves a perfect crunch without the need for added oils. It's a fantastic option for those seeking a healthier, whole food snack that doesn't compromise on flavor or texture. Enjoy this granola with your favorite plant-based milk, vegan yogurt, or as a crunchy topping for smoothie bowls!

This granola and your yogurt recipe are so delicious. This is a welcome addition to my breakfast routine. The only problem is that I cannot stop snacking on the granola! Thank you Jill for these yummy recipes!!

This is a really good granola. The only change I would do is to add the raisins after the cooking process in order to keep the raisins plump and juicy.

I did not measure a single thing, and it turned out great! I am so impressed! I also threw whatever I had in there (sesame seeds, flax seeds, dried cranberries) and 10/10. Would make this again.
