We are Jeffrey & Jill Dalton, the creators of The Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Show. This show and all the supporting information, courses, cookbooks, are all the product of our collective efforts to make this world a better place.

How We Started

We started this show after finding the life changing power of a plant based diet. We experienced our own powerful health transformations with permanent weight loss and the resolution of chronic ailments. Over the first months of us switching to a 100% Whole Food Plant-Based diet we began developing an ever growing library of delicious health promoting recipes, so we knew we had to find a way to share this information with the world.

Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate

We earned our Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, Completed (February, 2022), from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell to thoroughly solidify our knowledge of the latest research and best practices for living a plant based lifestyle and incorporate everything we have learned into the recipes on our show.
