

Everything Spice Kale Clusters
I am always looking for new ways to satisfy my craving for crunchy treats. These Everything Spice Kale Clusters do the trick and are full of nutrient dense goodness!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3 cups kale diced
- ½ cup sweet potato cooked and mashed
- ½ cup buckwheat sprouted for 2 days
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 ½ tbsp dried minced garlic 1 tbsp for milder flavor
- 1 ½ tbsp dried minced onion 1 tbsp for milder flavor
- 1 tbsp dark miso paste
- 1 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix and mash with your hands until it is all uniformly coated and mixed.
- Press spoonfuls into little mounds with your hands to make the clusters and place them onto a dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate on 130°F or 1 1/2 days to make sure they are completely dry.
- Place clusters into an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.

What if you don’t have a dehydrator?
They really do need to be done in the dehydrator. Even on the lowest setting in the oven, they don’t properly dry and then get too brittle and fall apart easily.
