Vegan Orange Sesame Cabbage Salad

Jill Dalton
This Orange Sesame Cabbage Salad is crisp, zesty, and packed with fresh flavor. With crunchy cabbage, juicy orange slices, savory tofu, and a bright, tangy dressing made from real orange juice and sweet dates, it’s a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and satisfying.
Toasted sesame seeds and fresh ginger take it to the next level. Great as a light lunch, a side dish, or a potluck favorite, this one’s a keeper!
