

Vegan Orange Sesame Cabbage Salad

- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup deglet dates
- 2 tbsp tamari low sodium
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Toss all salad ingredients into a large mixing bowl and lightly mix.
Dressing
- Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until the dates are completely pulverized.
- Pour over salad and stir in.
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
