You might be wondering how we managed to create such an incredible and luxurious ice cream using our usual whole food plant-based ingredients. The secret is the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Machine! This ice cream has the rich texture and flavor of traditional Häagen-Dazs ice cream, but with none of the guilt. Whether you're vegan or just looking for a healthier dessert option, this recipe is the perfect way to indulge without sacrificing taste or texture. So what are you waiting for? Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into Ninja Creami freezer container and snap on lid.
  • Freeze for 24 hours.
  • Place container in Ninja Creami machine and run on lite ice cream setting. If ice cream is still grainy looking you can respin or run another lite ice cream cycle.

Notes

If you don’t have a Ninja Creami machine, you can use a regular ice cream machine but you will need to make at least a double batch so there is enough volume for the machine to work.

  1. Hi, I love your Creami recipes so far–I just got my machine last week and started with the coffee and butter pecan. I’m not a peach person, but I have been looking for a orange dreamsicle flavor recipe and thought I might adapt this. All the recipes I’ve found online for this flavor have sugar and/or protein powder neither of which I want to use. Do you think that replacing the peach with orange segments would work?

  2. Hi Jill, your recipes are the best!!!! If fresh peaches aren’t available, do you think canned or frozen would work? If using canned, how would you change the recipe? Would you use a drained 15 ounce can perhaps? Would I reduce the liquid?
If you do an ice cream cookbook, I’ll be first in line to buy it. Thanks!!!!

  3. For the peach ice cream can you use canned or frozen peaches? If you can how much for each (weight approx) ? Thank you in advance….Sherry

Thanks for the wonderful recipes! I was wondering if you know what the measurement differences would be if I have the deluxe?

    Thank you!

      To convert from the Ninja
Creami (16 oz.) to the Ninja Creami Deluxe (24 oz.) just multiply each ingredient’s quantity by 1.5.
EXAMPLE: 1-1/2 cups (or 200 grams) peaches, chopped x 1.5 = 2-1/4 cups (or 300 grams) peaches, chopped.

Do this with each ingredient in the recipes and you will have perfect results in your Ninja Creami Deluxe!

So good. Where do I post for a suggestion. I love salted Carmel ice cream. Well I have to get the dairy/gluten free kind. All that is availed are just so poor ingredient wise.
