Dole Pineapple Whip

Sweltering hot days call for something cool and refreshing. This Dole Pineapple Whip is the perfect summer treat. This recipe replicates the “Disneyland Dole Whip” that so many people love but with whole food ingredients and no refined sugar! A few quick and simple steps and you are on your way to creamy pineapple bliss.

1 1/2 cups (255g) frozen pineapple
1/2 cup (120g) pineapple juice
1/2 cup (120g) unsweetened soy milk (or plant based milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Eat immediately

The moment I saw your recipe in my feed I ran to the kitchen, drained a can of pineapple chunks, froze them, refrigerated the juice and two hours later I put the frozen pineapple, juice, unsweetened soy milk, and vanilla into my blender for less than a minute. OMG the flavor and creamy texture is beyond delicious! It’s satisfying and refreshing and did I mention how easy it is to make? Thank you Jill, for sharing this delicious recipe!
