Prebiotic Spritzer
1 Wellness Shot
1 cup carbonated water
ice cubes

  1. Pour the wellness shot and carbonated water into a glass filled with ice and enjoy.

Cumin Sweet Potato Hummus
1 container Cumin Sweet Potato Puree
1 14 ounce can garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons tahini
juice of one lemon

  1. Blend all in a blender until smooth and serve with fresh cut veggie slices or crackers.

Moroccan Casserole
1 container Moroccan Lentil Soup
1 cup rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 16 ounce bag frozen spinach
juice of half a lemon
2 cups hummus
sprinkle of smoked paprika

  1. Cook the rice and the water together until all of the water is absorbed.
  2. Pour the rice, moroccan lentil soup, frozen spinach and lemon juice into a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Once out of the oven, top with hummus. 5. Sprinkle top with smoked paprika.

I’ve been curious about Splendid Spoon; so glad you read thru the ingredients – I know now they are not for me since they add oil. Thanks for your great cooking show.
