Vegan Sesame Ginger Dressing is perfect for the all popular Buddha bowls. Most dressings that are used for Buddha bowls at restaurants have oil and refined sugars. This Plant Based dressing is oil free, refined sugar free, gluten free and full of whole food goodness.

- 1 Tbsp tamari
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 deglet dates
- 1 Tbsp ginger grated
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth

This dressing is so delicious. I make it twice a week. It’s perfect in my salad with my Teriyaki tofu.
This was really good, I added a couple of tablespoons olive oil because I wanted it crramier and it became a very nice mayo sauce. Just what i had been looking for for months!
