Ingredients

1 cup dry farro
2 cups water
1/4 cup dried figs, diced
1/2 apple, diced
1/4 cup toasted pecans or nut of your choice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or plant milk of your choice
sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soak farro with 2 cups of water overnight
  2. Pour off the water in the morning
  3. Put farro into a pan with 2 cups of water and cook for about 10 minutes or until soft
  4. Place 1/2 of the cooked farro into a bowl and top with remaining ingredients
