Two Sugar Free Vegan Popsicles

What is better on a hot summer day than a popsicle? My personal favorite is a creamy fudgesicle but finding a popsicle, fruit or chocolate, at the grocery store that isn’t full of sugar or added fillers is almost impossible. These two plant based, dairy free whole food popsicle recipes will allow both you and your children to enjoy a sweet treat without worrying about getting a sugar rush.

2 Vegan Popsicles

1 cup (240ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 very ripe bananas
3 Tbs cocoa powder
1 Tbsp peanut or almond butter

Strawberries & Cream Popsicles
1 cup (240ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp cashews
1 cup (144g) strawberries
1 very ripe banana


For Either the Fudgesicles or the Strawberries & Cream Popsicles

  1. Put all the ingredients for one of the recipes into the blender
  2. Blend until creamy
  3. Pour into popsicle molds
  4. Place into the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours
