We are nearing the New Year so what better way to celebrate than to share with you my 4 Year Plant Based Vegan Transformation. Becoming Whole food Plant Based is not just about changing your diet, it is about healing your body, bettering the environment and improving animal welfare. Join me this year by becoming Whole food Plant Based!
Hey there plant based foodies! I am Jill Dalton, Host and Chief Flavor Officer for the Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Show. My family is working hard to share with you all our hard earned knowledge about living a plant based lifestyle. I am so pleased you have found our site and hope you will join our growing community!
Hi Jill, love your show and recipes. What I appreciate most is that I typically have the ingredients your cooking with in my kitchen. You often use the same ingredients and spices. You make it easy for a novice cook. Congrats to you! My family is 1.5 years plant based. Can you please suggest your favorite or recommended Dr. Furhman’s books? I need to get some.
Congratulations to you and your family! It’s been 6 months for my husband and I and we are so grateful to have discovered this way of life. Thank you for your encouraging words and delicious recipes!😃👍🏼
Jill, thank you so much for sharing your story! I’ve been enjoying your videos for almost a year now and like your style and so many of the dishes you’ve made!!! I can’t seem to get many of the baked goods quite right, but managed to make your chocolate pie (revamped from your Grandma’s recipe) and it was delicious! I’m looking for a support network here in Santa Rosa, CA – or even a friend that is open to my plant-based choices! Thanks again, and keep the awesome videos coming!! A big fan, Chris
This may be a personal question, but did you have rosacea before going plant based, and did your new way of eating have any effect on it? I’ve tried almost every cream imaginable and nothing is working.Your before and after pics are like night and day, and your ‘after’ skin is radiant!
I can’t wait to try your salad dressing recipes. Finding a no-oil salad dressing in the store is next to impossible!
I didn’t have any skin conditions really other than some occasional acne. That picture was taken in a Nebraska winter so the red on my face was a good case of wind burn. I would try my anti-inflammatory smoothie for a couple weeks and see if it helps. https://plantbasedcookingshow.com/2019/02/24/anti-inflammatory-smoothie/
I didn’t have rosacea, just a healthy dose of Nebraska winter wind burn and the photo was exposed badly. My guess is that a WFPB diet would be the best thing you could do for your skin. =)

Eat to Live or End of Dieting. They are both fantastic.=)
