  • 1 medjool date
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup plant milk, unsweetened
  • 5 ice cubes

Delicious! For 2 servings, I used 1 1/2 cups of frozen mango instead of the fresh and no ice cubes, 1 cup soy milk, 2 dates, 1 tsp vanilla. Perfect! Thanks for the recipe!
