Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Being one of the top 10 favorite cookies, these cookies are loved by just about everyone! BUT, this recipe is refined sugar free, oil free, and gluten free so they are also good for you. Pair them with a glass of cold almond milk or a steaming cup of coffee or tea and enjoy!

1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
10 medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond butter
1 1/2 cups raisins

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Mix together oat flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Blend almond milk, vanilla and dates in a blender until smooth. Add mixture to dry ingredients along with almond butter and raisins. Glob onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Makes 24 cookies: 105 calories each
