Is the cheese sauce missing water in the ingredients?

How much water or almond milk should we use in the cheese sauce?

Oh, I see. I looked at another place you had the cheese sauce recipe. Enough water to cover. I made it this morning. Can’t wait to try it!!

I just drain them but it is probably better to rinse them too.

Made this yesterday on a snow day in Georgia. Sat by a fire and enjoyed it all afternoon. So totally delicious. Definite comfort food.

My husband who eats a standard American diet, enjoyed this, too.

I made my own layers. I used the beans and cheese with the romaine plus red onions, red peppers, fresh jalapeño peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
