by Jill Dalton

It’s Fall! And you know what Fall means. Pumpkin Spiced Lattes! But, here’s the deal. This latte is healthy, only sweetened with dates, is low calorie AND it is suuuuuper delicious. Oh yeah, did I forget to say that this latte is also going to save you a TON of money. That is a bonus I figured I throw in =)

Get ready to make yourself a rich and creamy pumpkin pie in a cup. This is going to make you want to snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a comfy blanket and a great book!

I created this recipe because my youngest daughter loves it along with a lot of you. I had gone to that one place that makes them ( we all know who that is ) and I asked them to make one for her with almond milk instead of milk and then I had an idea that I should ask what is in the pumpkin puré that they put in it. It is pumpkin puré, sweetened condensed milk and sugar among a number of other things that I had know idea what they were. =(

I made the banana bread and it was fantastic! I love this site very much and look forward to trying more recipes. Really appreciate how it doesn’t over do the advertising and the recipes are easy to find without getting distracted by too many ads. This is now my vegan plant based go to site! Keep up the great work and thanks!

Hi Jill, I’m going to try this! We’re really into pumpkin flavors this fall. Do you have a pumpkin pie recipe? I didn’t find it in the query. If you don’t have one could you make one? Please!
