It’s Fall! And you know what Fall means. Pumpkin Spiced Lattes! But, here’s the deal. This latte is healthy, only sweetened with dates, is low calorie AND it is suuuuuper delicious. Oh yeah, did I forget to say that this latte is also going to save you a TON of money. That is a bonus I figured I throw in =)
Get ready to make yourself a rich and creamy pumpkin pie in a cup. This is going to make you want to snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a comfy blanket and a great book!
I created this recipe because my youngest daughter loves it along with a lot of you. I had gone to that one place that makes them ( we all know who that is ) and I asked them to make one for her with almond milk instead of milk and then I had an idea that I should ask what is in the pumpkin purée that they put in it. It is pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk and sugar among a number of other things that I had know idea what they were.

Instructions

  • Warm almond milk in a pan.
  • Add to your blender along with all of the other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
