This is a go-to meal for me. I love it! Great balance of flavors. Even family members who aren’t kale fans love this salad.
Wow!!! Such a great dressing and salad!!! Even my 7 year old liked it!!! I first thought this would not be filling at all, but ooooh after half a salad, I already felt so full/satisfied! This is a winner and will be my go to dressing . Thanks Jill!!!
Need help with the dressing.
Cut the medjool dates into smaller pieces when I split them to remove the pit. Should I not have done that? Many pieces fit under the blades and didn’t get chopped into smaller despite blending and scrapping the sides.
Also, my high powered blender has a 1.5 litre jug. Ingredients ended up on sides and top and had to be scrapped repeatedly to blend. Figured I need a smaller high power blender – any recommendations?
