Gluten Free Vegan Banana Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are a great way to deal with old sugar cravings and get a healthy cookie fix. Ingredients
Banana Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 banana, mashed
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
“Nutella”
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 2 Tbsp hazel nuts
- 9 medjool dates
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Blend cookie ingredients together
- Spoon globs onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Cool
- Blend nutella ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Frost cookies with nutella
