Gluten Free Vegan Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are a great way to deal with old sugar cravings and get a healthy cookie fix. If you love Nutella but don’t want to eat all the sugar and junk that it is made with then this “Nutritella” recipe is for you! It also fully qualifies as Vegan SOS (No animal products, salt, sugar, or oil), Vegetarian, gluten free, wheat and soy free. Is hard to believe you could learn to make such a wonderful cookies that are also of the highest quality healthy food!

Gluten Free Vegan Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

Banana Peanut Butter Cookies
1 small mashed organic banana
1/2 cup unsalted, oil free, organic peanut butter (home made works best)
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp organic cocoa powder

2 cups unsalted, raw, organic cashews
2 Tbsp unsalted, raw, organic hazel nuts
9 large organic medjool dates
2 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp organic cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened, organic almond milk


  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°
  2. Blend cookie ingredients together
  3. Spoon globs onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  5. Cool
  6. Blend nutella ingredients in a blender until smooth
  7. Frost cookies with nutella
