This Nutritarian cai Bowl has all the health benefits and flavors without the unneeded junk. Have it for breakfast or anytime of day for a quick pick me up meal. This meal fully qualifies as Nutritarian, Vegan SOS Free (No animal products, salt, sugar, or oil), Vegetarian, gluten free.

  • ½ cup blueberries frozen
  • ½ cup mix berries frozen
  • ½ banana
  • 1 chunk raw beet
  • 1 Tbsp Acai powder
  • 1 tsp carob powder optional
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp raw almonds
  • sliced fruit to garnish


  • Blend all ingredients except for the chia seeds and almonds.
  • Add chia and almonds to top and garnish with any other fruit of your choosing.
