What about adding a block of tempeh to this recipe- I am always trying to find ways to use tempeh for the added protein.

The recipe didn’t turn out well. Could it be that it’s a curry recipe but it leaves out both curry and turmeric?

Both my husband and I loved this. We served over quinoa. I am going to add spinach or kale next time to up the greens but we enjoyed it as is. We have both your cookbooks and use them more than any other ones we have. Ty.

I made this last night as written, except for the date paste as I had none. Added some brown sugar instead. Both my wife and I really enjoyed this. The sauce cooks down to coat everything perfectly. This is hearty enough to not need rice or anything else. Will likely add greens next time, and there will be a next time!

I just made this. It is delicious. I like the comments about adding greens. Will try that next time. Thank you for your scrumptious recipes Jill.
