  • Soak the Butler Soy Curls in the 1/2 cup of vegetable broth for 20 minutes before starting chowder.
  • Sauté onions for a few minutes.
  • Add the celery and garlic and sauté a few minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients including the soaked Butler Soy Curls and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cook till desired thickness.
  • If you want a thicker gravy in the chowder you can use and immersion blender to blend just slightly so that you don't blend up all of the vegetables.
