  • 1 cup hibiscus tea
  • â…“ cup blueberries
  • â…“ cup red dragon fruit
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Notes

If you want it to be a thicker cold smoothie use frozen blueberries and dragon fruit.
