Hi Jill
Soy curls are not available in Australia where I live. What can I use instead, please? Will firm tofu work?

I used soy chunks here in UK , and used carrot, red onion and spring (green) onion but had no capers or miso- used tiny bit salt instead. It was delicious! Thank you so much- it has given me another sandwich filling and the texture is perfect!

Jill, this looks delicious, can’t wait to try. You are the queen of WFPB so I’m curious does boiling the soy curls do something different than just soaking them?
