We recently earned our Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, Completed (February, 2022), from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell to thoroughly solidify our knowledge of the latest research and best practices for living a plant based lifestyle and incorporate everything we have learned into the recipes on our show.
