Have you ever shopped at ALDI? I just became a fan of this store. Every ALDI is a little different in what they stock on their shelves but I have been pleasantly surprised at how much Plant Based foods they carry. Our particular ALDI store has a large organic produce section, plenty of organic frozen fruit and even a decent selection of Vegan burgers!
And their prices? I am able to save so much money by making this my first stop for groceries! Check our your local ALDI and see what they have to offer. You can always suggest items to management if they don’t have what you are looking for =)

We love shopping at our Aldi’s. Have ever since they opened. Love their organic and gluten free section.
Thank you for your récipes Jill. Just a comment on the nuts, did you know that roasted nuts make the same carcinogenic compound found in barbecued meats. Anything with high protein and fat exposed to heat will make the stuff.
