My download of the meal plan failed. I have no idea why. Did the payment not go through? If not, I would like to start over. Please let me know asap. Thanks
Hi Marty, You will have received an email from SendOwl as your receipt for purchase and containing a link to download. Please check your email (and possibly your spam folder) for this email and use the link to initiate the download again. Payment when through fine and everything looks good from this end so was likely just a local issue with internet connectivity or something on your computer. These things can happen so we provide the email with download link so you have the ability to go back and initiate download again. Please let us know if you have any additional difficulty.
Thanks, just found your response! Will try again. Love you all, great things from your family!!
Thank you for being such a great resource. How many recipes are in the book?
There are 20 recipes 🤗Enjoy!
Hi Jill, I just came across your sight last night and am quite impressed with the simplistic vegan lifestyle you and your family have found. My family and I were embracing the vegan lifestyle for about a month and a half while we lived in Washington state, but then we moved cross country to Oklahoma and for the last two years we’ve reverted back to an unhealthy lifestyle. After realizing that our health is in jeopardy and being faced with putting two of my children on dangerous medication for ADHD and Autism, we all are ready to change our lifestyle. I’m not saying that Plant Based diet will “cure” my kids, but I would consider myself a terrible mother if I didn’t try this and just mindlessly put them on medication. I really want to try this meal plan, but my biggest concern is not knowing him much tree nuts are used in your recipes. My youngest son is allergic to them. The only nuts he can have is peanuts, almonds and coconut. I have no idea how to substitute for the nuts in recipes, so I don’t want to purchase this without knowing if it’s going to be helpful to my family. Would you let me know if this is something that will be tree nut free friendly?
I’m so happy you are going to give it your best to help your children and family. Food is at the core of great health!
Any of my recipes that use cashews you can substitute with soaked almonds. There are only a couple of my recipes that I use walnuts or pecans and you can definitely substitute almonds there too. Desserts are where most of my nut recipes are but there are ways around using tree nuts. I really hope you give it a try. We have many friends that have changed over to a plant based diets and their health has been greatly improved.
After I paid for it, It came up than failed. There is nothing on the email either. I don’t know what else to do.

Hi Terri,
I don’t see any orders that have processed with the name Terri Abbott. Did you use a different name on the order?
