For my husband’s and my 21 wedding anniversary we took a trip to beautiful Seattle. Our anniversary evening was spent at Harvest Beat which is a sophisticated vegan restaurant where they serve you a five course meal!
You have to make a reservation because they only serve a certain amount of tables each evening and you are all served at the same time. The meal is already planned out so it is a set menu every evening. The menu items are planned around what is in season from local farmers.
Once all of the guests have arrived, the chef comes out and explains the menu items and why he chose those particular recipes.
Each course is paired with either a wine or a non alcohol elixir drink. We both opted for the elixir. They were all exquisite!
It was the most incredible experience I have had with food ever! I was stuffed after the 4th course but was determined to eat everything. Every course was soooooo delicious and layered with so many flavors that it blew my mind. The final course, which was the Asian pear mousse, was brought out with a lit candle to celebrate our anniversary.
This was the most perfect way to celebrate our 21 years of hard work! I felt completely spoiled. Below is the menu so that you can read and enjoy!

I’m so glad you posted this! I live near Wallingford and have been looking for a plant-based special occasion restaurant to celebrate my 50th birthday this year. This sounds like the perfect place! Thanks so much!
That would be such a wonderful birthday present to yourself! You will be in heaven. Happy Birthday early🎉
Lovely Jill 👍
Thanks for the share 😘
Good post. I study one thing tougher on totally different blogs everyday. It would always be stimulating to learn content material from other writers and follow a little one thing from their store. I’d choose to make use of some with the content on my weblog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a hyperlink in your internet blog. Thanks for sharing.
sounds amazing! What a wonderful anniversary. I had lunch at the spiral diner and bakery today. There are 4 in the dallas ft. worth area. Everything on the menu is vegan. everything looked amazing- by looking you would never realize it was vegan. I need to explore more vegan restaurants. I had a Philly steak sandwich with potato salad on the side. It was made with tofu, it was packed with flavor.
I am enjoying trying your recipes. So far my family’s favorite is the mushroom potato soup you created.
