
Two Vegan Ice Creams: Chocolate Banana & Chocolate Soy
These two Chocolate Ice Creams are a great way to deal with old sugar cravings and get a healthy chilly treat. Both recipes are whole food sweetened and have become true family favorites that we have on a regular basis. They both fully qualify as Vegan SOS (No animal products, salt, sugar, or oil), Vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free. It’s hard to believe you could learn to make such a wonderful ice creams at home that are also of the highest quality healthy food!

Chocolate Soy Ice Cream
- 1 cup medjool dates
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 liter soy milk unsweetened
Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 – 1 ½ cups soymilk unsweetened
Instructions
- For the Chocolate Soy Ice Cream, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into an ice cream maker machine and run until thick.
- For the Chocolate Banana Ice Cream, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
