Two Vegan Ice Creams: Chocolate Banana & Chocolate Soy
These two Chocolate Ice Creams are a great way to deal with old sugar cravings and get a healthy chilly treat. Both recipes are whole food sweetened and have become true family favorites that we have on a regular basis. They both fully qualify as Vegan SOS (No animal products, salt, sugar, or oil), Vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free. Chocolate Soy Ice Cream
- 1 cup medjool dates
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 liter soy milk, unsweetened
Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 – 1 ½ cups soymilk, unsweetened
Instructions
- For the Chocolate Soy Ice Cream, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into an ice cream maker machine and run until thick.
- For the Chocolate Banana Ice Cream, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
