It’s finally here. A recipe for Alfredo Sauce! A while back I asked my viewers for a challenge. To create a healthy recipe for one of their favorite foods. One of the requests was for Alfredo sauce. After trying many different versions, I came to this as a final product and I hope you all like it!
Be sure to include a healthy serving of steamed or cooked veggies to make it a power packed healthy meal!

Instructions

  • Mix all in a blender and pour into a saucepan.
  • Simmer on medium heat for 10-15 min being sure to stir often so it doesn't burn.
  • Serve over pasta and cooked veggies.
