  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Add the oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chopped dates, spices and nutritional yeast to a large mixing bowl and stir well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture over the granola in the bowl and mix well.
  • Spread mixture onto a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 10 minute increments stirring each time for up to 60 minutes.
  • Let it cool thoroughly before putting it in an airtight container.
