These Oil-Free Plant Based Vegan Twice Baked Samosa Potatoes have all of the flavor but none of the oil so you can eat as many as your heart desires. By baking the potatoes in their skins in the air fryer you can achieve the same crunchy texture that the normal dough wrapped samosas have so these samosas are also good for people who are gluten-free.
