Thousand Island Dressing has been one of America’s favorite dressings for many years. You may know it as the sauce that gives the McDonald’s Big Mac hamburger is zingy tang. We have created an Oil Free Plant Based Vegan version that is delicious and nutritious without using mayo or ketchup, which is the standard base of this dressing. Instead of using oil, we chose to use a combination of hemp seeds and sunflower seeds which are healthy whole food fats that are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients excepts for dill relish and blend until smooth.
  • Stir in relish and enjoy
  • Keeps in fridge for about a week
