Ok, so you have decided to go Plant Based and adopt a vegan diet! Yay you!Kale is one of the greens you should be eating the most of but maybe you aren’t quite used to it yet. The flavor is very strong and you just don’t like it or can’t get your kids to eat it. Worry no more! This kale recipe will leaving you craving kale like you never thought could happen.
Kale chips are all the rage right now but prepackaged kale chips are a bit spendy so lets just make them ourselves!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place kale into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour over the kale.
  • Massage into kale with hands.
  • Arrange on dehydrator trays and dehydrate on 130° for 8 or so hours.
  • If you don't have a dehydrator, you can use your oven on the lowed temperature ( 150-180 ). Check every couple hours until they are dry and crispy.
