If you are looking for Oil Free Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing in the supermarket, you are going to be sadly disappointed. There are a few choices and they are all bad. That is why we created our own version of Blue Cheese Salad Dressing that is not only delicious but is loaded with nutrition. We replaced the blue cheese chunks with tempeh to give it that same strong fermented flavor and used hemp hearts, oats and plant based milk to replace the dairy heavy ingredients that are typical in a standard blue cheese dressing recipe.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender except tempeh and blend until smooth
  • Stir in diced tempeh
  • Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days
