Or you find yourself at a restaurant or salad bar only to find out that there are no salad dressings available for you to eat that are vegan and you have to eat your salad with no dressing? This Hempseed Ranch Dressing is super easy to make and is free of oil but loaded with nutrition and healthy fats. Hemp Seeds are an amazing balanced source of Omega 3 and 6 which are the essential fats that our bodies need but are rarely found together in a balance ratio that our bodies can utilize.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  • If you want it to be thicker, place it in the fridge for a couple hours
  • It will keep for 3-5 days in the fridge
