This looks MARVELOUS! Have tofu in the frig right now – can’t wait to try it! One question – how long would you estimate it will keep in the frig once made? Thanks!

Jill Dalton March 4, 2022 - 12:29 pm

It will be good for at least a week

This is great! The perfect balance of ingredients…I used Trader Joe’s SUPER firm high protein tofu and it absorbs great! Thanks for caring and sharing!

Can you substitute balsamic white vinegar in this recipe?

Jill Dalton May 3, 2022 - 2:36 pm

Absolutely although the flavor will be much stronger but I think it would taste amazing.

I don’t

Love the taste and how fast this recipe comes together! It’s. Family favorite so I make a lot, especially good to make packed lunches for school more exciting. I skip the water altogether and typically make one container for the family to enjoy then and another for later in the week so it’s mini scale batch cooking.
