Vegan Everything Potatoes

Jill Dalton
I have always loved the “Everything” seasoning from things like Everything Bagels, but the bagel has always been too much of a junk food to enjoy regularly. I originally learned of this recipe for Everything Potatoes from Chef AJ after being interviewed on her podcast and instantly fell in love with how easy, healthy, and absolutely delicious Everything Potatoes are! They are super simple to make, have all the flavor and texture of the Everything Bagel, and are so healthy you can have them for breakfast everyday!

These look great! But if you don’t have an air fryer…..?

I only had a couple of russet potatoes on hand this morning so I made them in the oven with russet wedges and they were a hit. Absolutely delicious! Yum! A new family breakfast favorite (We’re Pacific Standard Time so we saw the recipe this morning made them for breakfast.) 🙂

I am new and have looked at many of the recipes. Our household has high cholesterol so we don’t use coconut milk of any kind per Dr. Gregor’s findings it raises the bad cholesterol. What can I use for curry and deserts instead of coconut milk? Thank you. And where should I submit these questions in the future? Thanks

Hello Alene, Any recipe that calls for coconut milk, you can substitute any other plant milk that you like. This is the right place to submit questions =)

Hi Jill, I heard someplace that you can add coconut extract to unsweetened non-dairy milk to use as a substitute for coconut milk. Thank you so much for all the time you put into the testing of these recipes and sharing them with us. I finally found some minced dried garlic (I have the rest of the ingredients)so I’m going to be trying the everything potatoes today. Have a blessed day, Sharon PS don’t have an air fryer, so will be making them in the oven.

Hi Jill, Would you please tell me what brand air fryer you were using? Love the recipe, thank you.

This is the one I have. It was sent to me by the company to test and review so I’m not really sure of its availability. I think it works well but it is huge.
