Vegan French Dressing

The next Plant Based Vegan Dressing in our Salad Dressing Series is French Dressing. Being one of the top 5 favorite dressings, we knew we had to create a healthy Plant Based version for you all. Typically French dressing is made with ketchup, oil, vinegar and sugar. We replaced those ingredients with health promoting whole food ingredients and the result is both delicious AND nutritious.

Ingredients

3 dates
2 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp rolled oats
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Braggs liquid amino acids
1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Keep in a covered container in the fridge for up to a week

Is it 1 teaspoon of onion powder or half a teaspoon of onion powder. The video says one thing and your printed recipe says another.

Hi Jill, I just made this wonderful French Dressing recipe. I used sunflower seeds because I didn’t have hemp seeds available today. And I used soy sauce because I didn’t have any Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. The dressing turned out beautifully, so tasty and creamy. I absolutely love your channel and recipes. Thank you so much!!!
