Jill, this morning I wanted hot chocolate. Made your chocolate milk recipe. When I cooked it on the stove it began to thicken and develop into a beautiful custard consistency. I highly recommend trying this. Add more dates and chocolate in your blender for a deeper flavor. Make sure to stir constantly while heating on a medium/low flame. It is amazing. Going to use it as a dessert custard for the holidays. I think it would work in a pie, but haven’t tried that. Cheers and keep up the great work on your broadcast!!! thanks!
PS..My oatmilk was made with 3 cups of water, not 4. This might make a difference.

So yummy!!! I changed a couple things to taste and made the chocolate milk with two teaspoons of cocoa powder and two big, juicy Medjool dates! I’ll definitely try the creamer recipe next time I make coffee. Thank you!!!
