Mango Lassi is a simple recipe that you can make from home with the added benefit of being refined sugar and dairy free! This flavorful drink is great before a meal, as a snack or even as a dessert.

Ingredients
1 small yellow mango or 1/2 of a red/green mango
1 medjool date
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk of choice
5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy

Delicious! For 2 servings, I used 1 1/2 cups of frozen mango instead of the fresh and no ice cubes, 1 cup soy milk, 2 dates, 1 tsp vanilla. Perfect! Thanks for the recipe!
