Vegan “Frosty”

Remember Wendy’s frosty? When I was a kid I used to get a frosty and an order of french fries. Yes, you know where I am going with this. I would dip the fries in the frosty and eat them.
Well, that was then, this is now. Here is the most tasty, healthy vegan frosty for you to enjoy; guilt free. You’re welcome.

Thanks so much for this recipe!! I made this for my boyfriend and myself tonight (we’re newbie nutritarians), and it was the perfect after dinner treat!! I think next time I’ll be adding some strawberries too! Thanks so much!

Can almond milk be substituted for the soy milk?

Absolutely, any of our recipes can swap ingredients like the nut milks as they are all similar and just change the taste slightly.

on the nutritarian lifestyle do you have to measure your food? It seems like there are a few things Joel says to eat but I didn’t know if it was super strict. Also do you have dessert every night? 🙂

Hello Jamie,
no, you don’t have to measure your food. He really just stresses eating as much of your plant based food as possible from the list of high nutrient dense food. There is a list in the book.Yes, we do eat dessert every night =)

OK I have to say, I did buy that blender, the Blendtec 800, yeah it’s very expensive but, it’s like Elon Musk designed it! This is by FAR the best blender I’ve ever owned. I love it. Oh, by the way, I make this Frosty in that blender 3 days each week. Awesome! Thanks!

How would you size this for a nutri-bullet? But still for one person. Just remove some of the ice so it all fits the ‘max’ line? Thanks, I love your channel. New to plant-based.

Let me humbly share our modified recipe…

2 Medjool Dates
No Vanilla Extract
No Cocoa Powder.
Blend to break up ingredients
Add 1 glass of ice cubes a little at a time
